From my personal collection - this piece is just a stunning outfit for Christmas or Valentines Day. Wear it like me in the photos or add a cute cozy sweater and tights underneath for more of a Twiggy-esc look. The front pleat and the pockets embellished with gorgeous cording are the best part of this piece And the pockets even fit a phone Feels like linen. Zips up the back with metal zipper. Tag looks like it was taken out awhile ago. Best fits a small or medium.

Good vintage condition - As stated above it looks like the tag was cut out - you do see an ever so slight hint of the circle of a union tag though if you look really closely at what remains of the tag. There is some fraying of the inner seams - please see last photo.
