This is an incredible vintage 1960's dress made by "Rogue's Gallery, California". It is made of white and navy blue crepe fabric with a modern pucciesque op-art print. It features a drop waist with an overlay bodice, darted bust, and a unique ruffled hemline that has stiff, rolled edges that make it curl and stand out. It has a matching sash belt that has white fringe trim ends and a flirty mini length. It is so cool and unique!
