This is a fabulous vintage 1960's micro mini dress. The label reads "P.S.I.". It is made of a thicker polyester fabric in solid jet black and has black yarn fringe trim all along the hemline. It features a V neckline with a darted bust, a classic shift cut, and a super cute & sexy micro mini length. So so MOD!

Measures: 35" bust, 33" waist, 37" hips, 31" long shoulder to hem including the fringe.
