A deep inky black velvet tall bucket cloche vintage hat from the 1960s with ribbon work trim all over.
21" inside. A few issues, see below.

A soft real black velvet tall cloche style hat with decorative ribbon work all over and a wide ribbon hat band with the ribbon designs. The right side has a ribbon work vertical "bow".

The small brim is wired and is 2" wide.
The hats crown is 5" tall.

This hat will Not pull down as in a 20s cloche since it is from the 60s. It will pull down a little bit more if you have a very small head size. It is 21" inside.

The velvet is very good but the inside green lace lining has torn. There is a slight bend to the right back side, but when worn it isn't seen.
Priced accordingly.
