The skirt is in good condition, there is a spot on the back, where the elastic is worn, hard to see when it's on, but can notice when it is off. It's a baby blue color with little bow at the top and lace around the bottom. Made by pretty girl and of spandex and nylon. Marked one size and measures 23.5 cm across the top, 32 cm across the bottom, 29 cm long.
