Black trim at hem and neck. Hook closure for neck. Should fit XS - Do check measurements for idea of fit. Model is 5'8" XS.
13" fitted neck /No shoulder seam, but I think 15" shoulders would be the maximum/28" long from back of neck to longest point/17" long from shoulder to shortest point.
Condition is good with a small yellow spot on front hem - see closeup, right side of photo.
