This is one cute dress! The tag says a vintage size 9 but please check measurements. It probably fits more of a 4 without being altered. There is a blue union label tag further down in the seam of the skirt. There is a hidden metal Murlen zipper down the back. I think this material is a wool blend. The dress is in nice gently used vintage condition. There is some fuzziness to the material. If you turn the dress inside out you can see there are some light stains around the underarms. Please see last photos. These are not noticeable on the outside of the dress.

The way it is sewn with the buttons and the bow in front it looks like it either used to be bigger in the skirt or you could take the thread out if you wanted. There is quite a bit of extra fabric folded under on the skirt. I measured and it seems it would add an extra 5.5" or so if you take the thread out that goes up the skirt in the front. There is a 2" hem on the bottom of the skirt.
