1960’s Springmaid cotton & polyester blouse in blue. Deadstock with tag. 65% polyester 35% cotton permanent press blouse with tuxedo ruffle front, button up, long sleeve, crew neck. The blouse has a small spot on seam of left shoulder. The blouse was measured across and doubled : 16.5" across shoulders inside seams/ 42" bust / 40" hips / 21" sleeve/ 21" length.
