It has a red and blue buffalo plaid pattern and is made from what feels to be made from a soft cotton or a cotton blend.

Great to wear as a top over your bottoms or wear as a jacket too! A versatile piece that would look great with jeans, pants, capris, or skirt!

In great condition! I have found no flaws to note such as holes, tears, or stains and the elastic still has stretch :)
