This dress is so unique and cool! It has a cool 60s collar, and a lace up top tied with faux leather strings that have gold metal aglets. For a closure this dress has a metal zip up the back. It also has a removable panel on the neckline for either a more conservative or risque look! The panel has 3 button snaps that secure it in place/make it removable. There are four belt loops below the waist line which makes me think this dress was altered. The belt loops are easy to remove if you don’t want them there
