Abe Schrader by Belle Saunders Vintage 60s White Tailored V-Neck Blue Belted Sheath Dress

No size tag - see measurements. I speculate maybe around a modern size 12, based on trying on/comparing to other sheath dresses I own, and being around a size 12 myself.
No material, content or care tag.

Vintage Condition - almost like new, hardly looks worn or was never finished as the hemline is in need of repair. Not sure if it was maybe never finished being tailored. There is a spot as noted in the photos, which is rather small and not very noticeable; I have not attempted any cleaning.
