Very solid 1960’s onepiece molded cups swimsuit that would also make a great bodysuit underneath skirts or jeans.
Would look amazing worn by someone with the curves instead of my halfmanni; sorry I don’t have live models.

I was able to read the very faint tag as 100% nylon, and vintage size 18/40. Material feels like a stretchy doubleknit polyester; the kind you find in dresses and tops.

This suit is a little stretchy, but not nearly as much as modern spandex nor other earlier vintage suits that have the tiny strands of elastic woven into the materials.
It is 2ply up front, (see last photo)—this really holds everything in, and can provide some core warmth. Basically this is the OG Spanx!
This print reminds me of sea anemones 🌊🪸

Chest does measure out as 40”unstretched—with extra flex room from all the ruching and open back;
26” waist unstretched,
31” waist stretched;
36” hip unstretched,,
41” hip stretched;
30” unstretched from shoulder seam down to the crotch.

This suit looks and feels like it’s never been worn. The molded cups feel like sturdy layers of cotton and nylon, so there’s no worrying about the disintegration often found in the foamy kind of vintage swimwear cups.
