This is such a cute outfit! From the 2000s but made to look like 1960s mod. This is a shift shell sleeveless dress with drop waist pockets and a very cool high cropped jacket that lays over the bust w a mock collar. There are no tags but we wouldGuess this is most likely a poly/silk blend as it is light but breathable material. The only issue we had was the mock neck tends to want to lay over but we just added a small safety pin to the back side and it stood right up. A good starching would also work. Measurements are: Bust: 36Waist:30Hip:38Shoulder seam to seam(jacket): 14Dress length: 33No size tag but measures out to a size 8/medium.
