This beret style hat sits to the back of the head and it very puffy and tall. It can be worn slightly to side also.
It is unlined cellophane straw that is flexible.
The ribbon band is stiffened and is to show.

A smaller size as in the 60s.
The inner band is 21".

In very good condition with some slight soil along the inside of the orange band. A small mark on the left side in the back.
No tears or other stains.
