This nice handbag with an optional shoulder stap has a pretty brown smooth finish. I am not sure what the material is..maybe some kind of vinyl? The inside is definitely vinyl. There are 3 expanding file folder type pockets inside and one small zip pocket along the back. The metal clasp allows the flap to open. There are the initials M.M.C under the inside of the flat. Bag is in nice condition with minor wear from use. This might also count as a messenger bag style.
