Features a solid black sleeveless bodice with a plunging v-neckline that's trimmed in micro pleated chiffon ruffles and has a fixed belt detail in front with oversized rounded rhinestone buttons. White full lined poofy micro pleated chiffon skirt with lettuce hem. Back has zipper, hook and eye closures and snaps. Top is made from a thicker textured polyester. Union made (ILGWU)
