1960's Slate blue dress

Made of a nubby waffle type material as you can see in the last picture on the left side. The material make this dress semi sheer, this dress is unlined. Solid blue ribbon around the cuffs and collar along with a metal zipper down the front of this dress.

Dress is shown with crinoline skirt underneath.
