This large bracelet has a nice weight and feel to it. The chain mail round links are sturdy and some are textured. It is a large size and measures 8 inches, fitting a large size women's wrist. The width is 2 inches. The links are thick, 2mm metal giving it a machine part vibe. The 1.75 inch bars on the ends have a great swirl design detail. It closes with its original fold over bar clasp.

This metal bracelet is circa 1960 and made by a high end costume jewelry maker of the time. The first half of the 20th century was the heyday for well made costume jewelry sold from fine department stores to Woolworth, usually made in Europe or the United States. The manufacture and quality of costume jewelry deteriorated in the latter part of the century making this era the last with enduring products.

There are no marks or manufacturer name on this piece.
