This 1960s hat is really cute! Made by Betmar, New York and Paris. The ivory silk has a beautiful sheen. The brim is top stitched and stiff. A grosgrain ribbon band is threaded through a fabric-covered buckle. High crown. Great sun hat! Measures 20. 5" in circumference.
