This is an incredible gown from the high end department store Blums-Chicago. Made of silk chiffon. The pattern is just stunning with a black background and vibrant colorful floral pattern. Pleated shoulders. Nice detail above the bustline. The back is the feature with dramatic trailing sheer chiffon scarves at the back of the waist. Zips up the back. Excellent condition. Best fit would be a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
