Who doesn't love fringe? This dress is so much fun! From the 60's. Classic tank tank with a long row of black fringe coming from above the bustline and again above the bottom of the dress keeping all eyes on you when you enter a room! Center back metal zipper. Above the left bust is a little bow with rhinestone center. Excellent condition. Best fit would be a Small, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
