1960s GLAM vintage dress. Fitted bodice, straighter fit skirt with large wide scarf/sash accent (attached) with fringe. 3/4 sleeves, Great Breakfast at Tiffany's style. High neckline with low square back. Offset zipper. Unlined, no shoulder pads. Gussets at armpits, about 2. 5" turned up for hem, edged with ribbon, could possibly be let down a couple of inches. Fabric is unknown, acetate, rayon or similar

Form in photos measures 34" bust, 26. 25" waist, 35" hip - would not zip on form - too small in bust, waist and rib cage areas
