An amazing heavy weighted black velvet Late 1960’s / early 1970’s party dress. Get ready to party in this fantastic mini dress gem! The velvet is super warm and has almost a pattern to it. All the original buttons are present but they are just for show as the dress zips up the back. Tag says Saks Fifth Avenue. Best fits size Extra Small.
