I can picture a creative 1960s girl putting this dress together for a festival coming up. It is truly retro and ! It is handmade and very unique. The dress is a halter top with an mostly open back, but has a small cape for the upper part of the back- all crochet. The skirt is a heavier velvet feeling terry cloth type material adorned with crochet squares and trim on the hem! Very cute. The dress closes on the side with buttons and a yarn tie!

It has a sexy feel and really special. Examining the seams, it looks like a handmade item and there are no tags or signs of removed tags. Inside the dress has a soft feel. There are just a few faded spots on the dress. I hand washed it.

The dress is for an extra small size, but tall. The top is hard to measure because it is a halter. The cups seem small to medium size.
Armpit to armpit is 12 flat (but is is open on the sides)
The high waist is about 22"
The natural waist is about 25"
The hips 32"
The dress length is 55"
