Vintage 1960s or 70s red wide leg culottes romper. Bodice has wide straps and buttons to the elastic waist. Shorts have a zipper and snap in front. They're a nice wide, full leg with pleats in front and back so it looks more like a skirt. White contrast stitching. Single chest pocket. There is no tag for material content but it feels like a cotton poly blend with some stretch. No pockets.
