1960s maxi dress polka dot dress, red white blue dress, tea dress by Elinor Gay Originals. The top has a gathered collar with full sleeves. The top is white with navy polka dots. It is slightly sheer fabric. There is a red ribbon waist and at the cuffs. The full skirt has a navy background with white dots and red and white embroidered flowers. The red ribbon continues towards the bottom and goes all the way around the dress. It's a fun spring or summer party dress or hostess gown. I think the material is voile, it is light and has a cotton like look. Fun for a July 4th party!

It should fit a size 10 and poss a 12 (if you have a thin waist). Please see the measurements below.
