Fabulous fabric! This 60's wrap around skirt was handmade by Queen's Quarters in St Croix. Bold Red, white and blue pattern makes up outside of the skirt. Fully lined in solid red cotton. The waist is a navy blue groisgrain ribbon. The back of the skirt has flat pleating beneath the waist band. Both sides are one continuous piece of fabric. There are three spots on the back of the skirt on one of the red parts that look like someone tried to spot clean. I didn't notice them at first because they are nestled in the pleating. Very well made. Best fit would be a S/M considering it is a wrap around with no side seams the size is very adjustable. The measurements below were taken with the skirt fully layed out from end to end. Fabulous style.
