Edges are completely adorned with a double row of ruffles.

Excellent condition. No holes, I only see a couple picks to fabric when I hold it up to light. A couple of tiny soil marks.

When tie is fastened completely bust fits up to 48 inch and can be worn more open to accommodate a larger bust
