This cute little sundress looks like it has never been worn. the polka dots are tiny and the front buttons are for decoration only. the waist is elastic and the bodice has a tiny bit of stretch at the top. we have shown it with a belt but it isn't included. fabric feels/looks like cotton but is a 65/35 ploy/rayon blend. our manny is about a size 2
