Completely crafted with hot pink petals dotted with stems and a bit of clear glitter. A delicate veil covers the front.

Base is a velvet covered wire frame.

Label is Pinehurst, Heironimus of Roanoke.

Tagged a size 22 1/2 but given the wired body most any size head could wear this. Measuring on the inside, circumference is 21 inches. On the outside, side to side is 12 inches.

As for the condition, it does show some age and wear. The inside label is stained. The veiling is damaged and cannot be worn down over the forehead which is as far as it goes. My pricing reflects these issues.
