This skirt set is from the 60s by Miss Pat California. Made of a nice crisp cotton. The top is a crop boxy style with button and loop closures on the shoulders. There is a zipper on the left side. The skirt is a wrap style that closes with two buttons in the front. There is one hidden pocket on the side. It is lined in a white and yellow striped cotton that can be worn reversed as well. Best fit would be a Small, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
