Superfine 60's Neon Paisley Dress It's a bit less sharp than some of the pictures. I think the lighting was highlighted somewhat. It is a type of turquoise blue with limes and pinks.

Cotton overlay which is very sheer over heavier cotton

The sleeves are just sheer like the overlay and have cute little pink piping with a bow.

Zip back and high neck

It's basically an Aline dress with a matching belt.

Above knee depending on your height

No size but tagged " Betty Hartford"

I can find some of her designs but not really anything in this era and style.
