Professional construction from the "Designed by Patrice" label. The hat is a darling mod beret/tam, done in a vivid paisley print and featuring colored rhinestone and studded details. The hat has an intended fit as shown with tilt placement to your discretion. There is a darling bow detail just off the side. The colors are kelly green, red, blue, chartreuse and gold studs.
