1960’s dreamy neon mini dress by Mildred’s of Hawaii. Made from a fluorescent pink crisp barkcloth fabric with painted white floral design. Split V neckline, super cute flared skirt with kick pleats at each side. Back zipper closure. Great condition. No size tag present.
