From the early 60s and it is not sure if the hem was taken up or original length. However, you cannot make it longer. Back metal zipper. Big white poly knit collar. Sleeveless (did I really need to say that?). Belt is navy vinyl imitating patent leather. No belt loops! No maker label. The navy dot fabric is polyester jersey, so very drape-y. Very full skirt is shown with and without crinoline.
