This darling little dress is from the 60s by Beach Party. It may have been intended as a cover up given the name. It is made of navy blue polka dot cotton. Ruffled collar with red ric rac trim. Zips down the front. Full through the body. Long sleeves with ruffled cuff and red round plastic button. Above the knee style. Excellent condition. Best fit would be a Small, however, please see the measurements for a proper fit.
