Motif designed dress with a mock neck features a coordinating tie belt which could also be styled as a neck tie as shown here. It has side pockets, buttons on the cuffs, a back zipper & hook and eye at back of neck for closure.

*very good, vintage condition: one belt loop is missing on side-not noticeable, and “eyes” missing from hook and eye closure*
