Perfect little whimsey style hat when you want something light. Color is a moss green and fabric is a low pile velvet, almost like a suede.

Double stacked rings topped with a thick veil.

Interior is the same as the outside except for the back two security points and they are a twill.

Label is Mr. Joel.

Only one condition issue and that is fade on the interior twill lining which I have photographed.

Inner circumference is 18 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 9 1/2 inches.
