This is probably a nightie but it should be worn out; as either a tunic or dress. would look great over jeans. it is simply too cool not to be worn as daywear. The cute little buttons are functional but the bows are decorative. love the slit opening in back to the waist! excellent condition and very rare. our manny is a 2/4
