Late 1960s / early 1970s professional construction with a milliners union label found at the interior. The hat is styled as an adorable mod bucket hat, done in soft black foundation featuring a raised terry velvet textural paisley design in olive green, peachy coral, rosy magenta, and pale blue. The hat has a high rise crown with a wide black velveteen ribbon trim. The intended fit is as shown, perched at the rear top crown of the head. Hair or hat pins may be used to help secure the hat in place.

Condition is listed as excellent with minimal notes of handling and perfect presentation. I find no condition issues to note.
