60s Mod Hooded Cape Black Cotton Velvet$75.00
This 1960s black cotton velveteen cape has a bonus: a hood that can be buttoned on or detached! The buttons to attach the hood are hidden under the pointed collar. The cape closes in front with 5 black plastic buttons, and has 2 front slits for your hands to poke out, as well as 2 front pockets. The cape itself is lined in black acetate satin, while the hood is lined with a second layer of velveteen. The overall shape of the cape or cloak is flared from the shoulders to the hem, so it is most fitted at the shoulders. This elegant black velvet 1960s evening cape is in excellent to mint condition, and has a German manufacturer’s label (see label info).
