This dress was originally longer, and it could have been a Maxi. I found it chopped and unhemmed, so I machine stitched both the dress and overlay. The dress has an empire waist, and a metal zipper up the back. The bidice is lined in black satin. The empire waist is 32" around. The hips are 40", and the length from the shoulder is 34". The bust is 36". No rips in the netting. The netting is wider than the dress skirt, for a flirty dance dress! Great for new years or any holiday party!
