Lilly Dache Debs
60s Mod Clown Derby Hat Designer Rare Mint Holy Grail Mime by Lilly Dache Debs$399.00
An Incredible hat in incredible condition! A once in a lifetime find! Personally, I love humor in the arts, and this hat definitely shows a sense of humor. The central pom pom reminds me of a circus clown, and even though the designer placed it at the back of the hat, if I wore this, I would wear the pom pom in the front! If you are going to be silly, then be silly!
The hat is in mint condition. One strand of straw has bent away, where the brim curves, but a dab of glue stick will take care of that. The pom pom seems to be made of cellophane, and the inner ribbon band is spotless. A thin velvet ribbon is placed on the inside brim where one's forehead would rub against the straw fabric...I am sure this is to prevent any discomfort. Attention to detail like that shows the designer cared about her clients. NO FLAWS! We ship globally.
measurements:
5. 5" tall
21" inside brim circumference
