60s Mod Charcoal Wool Schoolgirl Coat$110.00
Austere little 1960's Charcoal Wool Coat. This is a really great piece as I rarely find coats of this style in a generous size. Almost all mod and schoolgirl style dresses and coats seem to be tiny sizes! So this is quite the treasure. The coat is very warm and beautifully tailored. It has a large square collar and a double breasted bodice. 6 white and silver metal buttons down the front. The coat has a dropped waist and the front has pleats. This is meant to fit loosely. There are pockets hidden in the pleats. The jacket is lined in peach acetate.
Only a union label is present.

-Both underarms of the lining are torn.
-There are spots on the lining
-There is a tear in the lining center back.
The issues with the lining do not impact the wear. The coat is absolutely wearable as is.
No problems with the outside of the coat at all. No stains, no holes, no odors.
