Size 44R. Jacket: 44" chest (22. 5" armpit to armpit), 30" long, 18" shoulders, 26" sleeve. Pant: 28. 5" inseam, 40" outerseam, 38" waist. 1. 5" hem allowance. Material feels like polyester with acetate lining.
Nice condition - some faint specks of discoloration. A few yellow spots right by top button hole - see closeup photo.
