Heads will turn when you show up to your next event in this high waisting flaring wrap skirt! It was hand made by a local Californian designer in the mid-century era. The silhouette is BOMB! It ties around the waist making it ultra flattering and fitting and it flares out towards the ground. It looks great with a fitted top! But it gets better...this beauty is reversible. So you can wear it on the matte blue side or the shiny turquoise side. Our mannequin is a medium but it would fit most sizes.
