It is very large in size for a bamboo box measuring at 19 5/8" long and it has eye catching design comprising of a large bamboo pieces, smaller bamboo pieces, woven rattan and wooden components. The handles on the side and the faux latch on the front are made of metal. It opens via a hinged lid to reveal a spacious interior. We love the flat top because it offers the opportunity to stack books, place a cute vase, etc.
