The print on this 60s Hawaiian shirt is amazing! The shirt is also nicely made, with a flyout collar, oversized collar, and bound inset chest pocket, a nice variation on the usual patch pocket. There is a back yoke with inverted center pleat for extra ease in wear.

FABRIC/COLORS: Medium weight cotton fabric with a smooth, almost polished, surface. The scenic print is rather large scale, and classic Hawaii/tropical island, with palm trees, hibiscus, orchids, birds of paradise and other flora on a sandy beach, with conch shells, a fish, and garlands of seaweed cascading in on a wave, with an outrigger canoe close behind them. In the background is a sunrise (or sunset) with beautiful cloud formations and mountains on the horizon. The print uses mostly brown to gold and tan, with some gray and moss green.

CLOSURES: The shirt closes with four faux coconut buttons and vertical buttonholes. There is a small button under the collar that has a corded loop to close.
