It's a formal shirtwaist dress from the mid to later 60s. Cotton blend voile, lined in body but the "bishop" sleeves are sheer. Lacy bodice looks button down but there's a long nylon zipper in back. Long, lace-trimmed cuffs close with snaps. More lace near hem. Original belt included, but it has seen better days, a new one is recommended. Some extra lace was sewn around inside of collar to cover a hole there. It says size 12 (it ain't that big) and it also says "professionally dry clean" but it was soaked in cold water & oxyclean.
