Beautiful Royal Blue color with two rows of three tonal blue, fabric covered buttons down the front seams on the body. Short, cap style sleeves and a crew neckline. The fabric on this dress feels like a knit, but has a smooth interior. It feels a bit like a wool to me, but, I do think it's a synthetic or a blend. The skirt has a feminine light flare and the body is fitted - a toned down fit and flare. Full zip on the back. There is a tonal blue string at one shoulder - I suspect this is intended to hold a scarf. I've put one on (scarf not included, for example only) as an example. I really like this feature! You could have the scarf on one shoulder only, or wrap it like I did - there are likely many ways to play with this if you're creative!

The dress is in excellent condition. Very minor wear, nothing specific to mention though.
